Coaching is Not Therapy
While therapy is about the past, coaching is about the future. Coaching assumes that you have your own solutions and offers support as you define and refine them.

Your coach provides a sounding board for your ideas, questions any assumptions that may be limiting your success and offers fresh perspectives.
